Our ideal candidate will help us master the Ethereal aesthetic and produce captivating content that resonates with our community, while also boosting brand engagement across multiple platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Content Creation & Curation: Develop and curate content for social media, emails, and promotional campaigns that authentically represent Ethereal’s story and values.

• Visual Storytelling: Tell compelling narratives through beautiful visuals—photos, videos, and graphics—that showcase our brand’s essence.

• Community Engagement: Build and nurture genuine connections with our community and collaborators, ensuring our presence feels personal and inviting.

• Creative Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize creative campaigns designed to boost engagement and grow our brand’s reach.

• Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of trends, continually innovating to keep our content fresh and relevant.

• Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and optimize content performance to continuously improve strategies and outcomes.

THE ESSENTIALS

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar creative role

• Proficiency in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), photography, videography, and copywriting

• Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest) and how to engage their audiences effectively

• Ability to conceptualize, design, and execute content that aligns with Ethereal’s mission and aesthetic

• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Up-to-date knowledge of current design trends, digital marketing, and social media best practices

• Experience collaborating with teams, influencers, and external partners to execute campaigns and events

• Comfortable styling and staging photoshoots for product showcases and brand collaborations

• Ability to safely lift and carry heavy crystals when needed

• Willingness to drive and run errands as necessary to support content creation
